Alan Lambson, President and owner of Castle Associates, is a seasoned, accredited translator with over 20 years of practical experience in translation production and management. An MBA with honors (Brigham Young University), Alan also holds an advanced degree in theoretical linguistics and has translated millions of words between Spanish and English. Alan's solid experience in the translation “trenches” assures you that your projects will be overseen by someone who cares deeply about your satisfaction with final quality, and who knows how to achieve that quality.

 

Edel Castillo Lambson, co-owner of Castle Associates, is an experienced Spanish translation editor. A native of Guatemala, she currently teaches Spanish at Utah Valley State College in Orem, Utah. Edel holds a masters degree in Education Administration, and is a passionate advocate for outreach to Spanish-speaking children in United States schools. Her constant contact with Spanish-speaking people from all over Latin America is a particular benefit in making crucial editing and terminology decisions for Spanish translations to be used in the United States and Latin America.

 

Norma Vineyard is Castle Associates' experienced bookkeeper and Spanish proofreader. Norma, a native of Guatemala, has lived in several countries of Latin America and offers a keen eye for detail and an accurate ear for just “how it should sound.”

 

David Vineyard, a recent masters graduate of the University of Reading in England, is trilingual in English, Spanish, and German, and specializes in editing German-to-English, Spanish-to-English, and UK-to-US English translations.
